Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.
- If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We do not currently allow modifications to items or delivery addresses after an order has been placed. If eligible, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.
