Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date the order is confirmed.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery timeframe ranges between 3–8 business days, ensuring your fashion purchases reach you in a timely manner.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence.
If a shipment is lost during transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
